Michael founded Jersey Select Entertainment in 2018 with the goal of showcasing the local, talented musicians on the Jersey Shore. With many entertainment spots turning to out-of-town musicians, he brought together a core group of local Jersey Shore musicians and started to promote them in local venues. The "shop local" saying goes for musicians too, and Michael was on a mission to showcase just how talented the musicians are here on the Jersey Shore.
Under Michael's vision and perseverance, Jersey Select has blossomed over the last 4 years, going from from about 200 shows booked in 2018 to over 600 shows booked in over 40 venues in 2022. Jersey Select is now one of two licensed booking agencies based out of the Jersey Shore, and the only one that strictly hires musicians with local ties to the Jersey Shore. Jersey Select now has over two dozen acts on it's roster, from acoustic solos, duos, and trios, to full party, tribute, wedding and original bands.
A veteran of the Jersey Shore music scene at the age of 41, Michael has played in numerous cover bands as well as a solo acoustic artist for 20+ years. From the legendary Joey Harrison's Surf Club to local watering holes, he has performed in 175+ shows & weddings a year for the past 10 years all over New Jersey, as well as PA, DE, NY, MD, FL and Toronto and have performed for thousands of people every year.
